It becomes evident for engineers to learn about various irrigation-related concepts, especially in India, since we are an agriculture-based economy. We cover several types of Irrigation-Canal and Flow. We also cover Silt Theory and Irrigation Channels in detail. Then we move onto basics of Water Logging concepts followed by Understanding Canal Lining, Canal Outlets and Canal Drainage Systems. Later we will discuss about River Engineering in brief detail.
