ProED believes that the ideation process begins with a good understanding of the client requirements.
Therefore, we like to establish the client’s requirement starting from the brief. We try to penetrate into the clients prospective of purpose, expectations and vision.
The approach to this stage is very diagnostic and ProED aims to create solutions which help the client in achieving the desired outcome.
After the ideation stage the client is presented with the first rough draft of the course out lines.
2. Design Content Development.
Once ProED and client(s) agree to proceed with the course outline the entire training program is made bespoke. The content of the programs come from top global academic sources and authors.
The course content is well referenced and contains relevant case studies from superior sources. ProED formulates the programs through a combination of resources.
ProED training can be described as very interactive, informative, interesting and exciting. The sessions are delivered in different styles bearing in mind the audience. The approach is very proactive and the goal is to ensure that the participants are engaged thoroughly.
Training is delivered by qualified trainer with sound knowledge of the subject area and having years of experience. The trainers use various delivery techniques to keep the sessions lively and interesting. Such as:

• Audio/Visuals

• Group Exercises/activities
ProED can provide trainers in a very wide range of subjects both local and international. ProED has top international trainers from the best and the biggest. The PROED panel consist of trainers from various walks of industry and academia.
PROED has well defined assessment systems for all trainings and professional courses.
The professional courses offered by ProED have very specific guidelines and criteria for assessment. An example of the same has been attached as an annexure. Most of the guidelines are as per the UK’s higher education framework.
For trainings mostly the assessment is done through Reports of individual or group activities.
Post training reports are submitted to the clients in soft and hard copies with details of individual assessments of all delegates. The client is also given feedback along with outcomes and recommendations for individual participants.
Based on the client needs the reporting can be customized at macro and micro scale at the stage of Ideation and design.
Furthermore, the client is also given a detailed report of the activities with pictures.
